How does the proof work?
Once your order is in, we mock up your treats and send you a proof. We tweak it until you love it, and nothing gets baked until you say go.
What file should I send?
A PNG, JPG or PDF works great. For logos, a file with a see-through background prints cleanest. Phone photos are fine too, just send the biggest version you have.
How far ahead should I order?
Custom orders start at 1 dozen and most need about 2 weeks. Tighter deadline? Send a request and we'll tell you fast if we can make it.

How fast do you ship?
We bake to order and ship every weekday, Monday through Friday. Most orders show up 2 to 5 business days after they ship. Shipping is free on US orders over $75.
How long do the treats stay fresh?
Every treat is individually heat sealed, so it stays fresh for at least 3 months unopened. Keep them at room temperature and out of the sun.
Are your treats gluten-free? What about allergens?
Yes, our treats are made with gluten-free ingredients. Our kitchen also handles milk, soy, peanuts and tree nuts, so if you have a serious allergy, message us before you order and we'll walk you through it.
Can I get custom or logo treats?
Totally. We print logos, names and photos, and we can match your colors. Custom orders start at 1 dozen and usually need about 2 weeks. Start a custom order.
Do you do weddings and events?
We do favors, dessert tables and welcome bags for weddings, showers and corporate events. Tell us your date and headcount and we'll put together options. Plan your event.
