Celebrating Women's History Month

The Face Behind Creative Crispies

Hi, my name is Amy. A PROUD mother, daughter, founder & owner. For those of you that do not know me, I would like to introduce myself and tell you a little bit of my "why".

I started Creative Crispies in the Summer of 2019 when I made a very important decision, it was time to chase my dream and create a business that would make me happy and at the sametime feel challenged. As I sit and reflect on the summer of 2019, I still get butterflies in my stomach. I started on this journey because I needed a new career.  Since I always had a lifelong dream of being an entrepreneur and the need for a new start, I decided now was the time to chase that dream and turn it into reality. I wanted to wake up in the morning excited about what I was doing and at the same time being able to be there for my daughter as a single mom.

Growing up my mom would make rice crispie treat bears for special occasions. Everyone loved those treats. I thought “what a cool idea” and “why not bring the idea of shaped treats to the rest of the world”? So, I decided to take this idea and turn it into something bigger. After lots of trial and error, I came up with the right recipe and started with a couple of shapes. Today, we have over 300 different shapes and can print almost anything to top a treat! I’m always thinking about rice crispie treats, so much so that I even dreamt of our most innovative product, our mix clusters.

Being an entrepreneur is a lot of hard work and long days. But, I wouldn’t change it for anything! I am PROUD to show my daughter Grace and other women that anything is possible. I am passionate about teaching others to believe in themselves, have faith and have FUN!!

I sincerely thank you for supporting my dream.
XOXO, Amy

I absolutely love your treats. My mother also made these treats when I was a child. I discovered you on QVC. I decided to give your treats a try, they’re absolutely delicious. This is just my opinion, but I think you’ve created the best mixture, consistency, flavor and creative shapes. I’m customer for life. These treats also make great gifts.
During this Women’s History Month, I salute you Amy for all you do to put smiles on so many faces. Thank you, C. L.

It is so nice to see the face behind the name. Your products are adorable and so very tasty!! I love the personal touch you add to every order. When the treats arrive the packaging makes them look like a present. Keep up the good work. I love to peruse your site every so often just to see the new shapes (I’m partial to the animals). I already know I will be ordering the graduation bears for my nephew who graduates high school at the end of May.
